Survey: chemo-induced neuropathy - impact for cancer survivors

Seeking feedback from people who received neurotoxic chemotherapy (i.e. chemotherapy that can cause damage to the nerves) as a treatment for cancer.

A national survey of cancer survivors is aiming to investigate the impact of side effects of chemotherapy on the health, physical activity, and quality of life of Australian cancer survivors.

The survey includes questions relating to demographics, cancer diagnosis, cancer treatment, symptoms, physical activity, general health and quality of life, and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. It can be accessed at the following link:

The study will take the form of an anonymous online survey, and has received approval from the University of New South Wales Human Research Ethics Advisory Panel (HREC ref: HC 16270).
